Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without further clarification of reasons.
The withdrawal deadline lasts fourteen days starting on the day you or a third party, who was not the carrier, have taken the merchant into possession. To conduct your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us: WhyEurope e.V. c/o Jacqueline Cast Katharinenplatz 35 84453 Mühldorf Germany with a clear statement (e.g.: a post office-conveyed letter, our contact formular or e-mail) on your resolution of withdrawing from the contract.
To stay in the time frame of the right of withdrawal, make sure to send your withdrawal form within the deadline.
Consequences of Withdrawal
When withdrawing from the contract, we are obliged to refund all costs, that we have received from you including costs for shipment (with exception of additional costs, which have occurred) immediately and latest fourteen days after receiving your statement of withdrawal. For the refund, we will transfer the money back on your bank account, unless otherwise was expressly agreed. By no means, do we charge fees for the repayment. We can refuse a refund, until we have received the product or until you can provide us a verification of returning the product, whichever is the earlier.
In all cases, must you immediately return (deliver or ship) the product within fourteen days, starting with the day on which you have informed us on your withdrawal of the contract. The deadline of fourteen days shall be deemed kept, when returning the product before the limit fourteen days. We do not bear the costs for the return.
